We will carefully review all nannying applications including retrieving relevant checks and certificates.

You will have the opportunity to an online interview with our staff to learn more about you and your experience with children.
3.MATCHING
We carefully match our nannies and our families based on mutual requirements (location, hours, experience, starting dates and more).

4. MEET & GREET
You will have the opportunity to speak to your potential family over the phone upon matching to further see if both parties are happy with the match.
​
We will organise for the family and nanny to have a two hour trial to assess compatibility prior to commencement.
5. finalise
Happy with everything? Great! We will finalise all details for you and get you into your new role with your chosen family at their required starting date.
